I recently noticed in one of my pages an advertising pointing to a product called "Silent Profit Machine". I really don't like get rich quick ads on my sites as usually they are scams. When possible, I try to filter out ads I think are scams or ads that lead to other pages full of only other ads.

Anyway, I saw this Silent Profit Machine ad and I checked it out a bit to see if it was a scam. Apparently it is not, at least that's what I can tell because there are lots of other sites promoting it.

It seems interesting actually, the owner of the site has basically done all the affiliate hookups for you. You just have to drive traffic to his site. Your affiliate id is then inserted into links that he sends out and you get a portion of the money that he gets when people sign up.

Has anyone actually gotten paid by using the Silent Profit Machine system?

Let me say that there is a difference between making money and getting paid. You might have made money, but did you ever get it paid out to you?
