Isn't it annoying when you have paper that sticks to muffins? I just baked a batch of blueberry muffins and when I went to peel the paper off, it was totally stuck. Now I know that people will say to spray the paper with some oil of some sort, but the whole point of using those muffin liners is so that you don't have to but butter or spray oil on the pan. The upside to having to take the time to tear all that paper off is taht it makes you eat the muffinsmore slowly. Haha Well, here is the answer to the question of how to remove the paper that is sticking to muffins: Put the muffins in the fridge or freezer and take the paper off while they are cold. Yes, it totally works. I just took a frozen muffin out of the freezer and the paper came off no with no problem whatsoever. So instead of struggling with those little bits of muffin paper, cool them down first. It will save you a whole lot of frustration.
